HALIFAX SOCIAL CLUB (HSC)

Welcome to the Halifax Social Club.
The purpose of HSC is to provide an outlet for mature adults to meet and socialize in a fun and casual atmosphere. HSC is not a dating service. Membership is open to anyone, over the age of 25, living in the Eastern Central Florida region.
HSC is not affiliated with any religious or political group.
HSC has low monthly dues and special annual rates. These are used to cover the overhead of running the group.
Events can include: BBQ’s, art festivals, pool parties, hiking, beach trips, horseback riding, sporting events, athletics, boating, fishing, biking, picnics, comedy clubs, happy hours, theme parks, dinners, wine tasting, theater, pokers nights, ice-breakers, and anything else our members can come up with.
JOINING:
When you join the HSC website you will be required to accept a By-Laws document, fill out your profile, and setup your payment option. Once you have completed these items, you will be admitted to the group.
POSTING:
Group administrators, following a specific format, create the event postings on this site. There is also an open forum for all members to utilize. Some of these forums are moderated and others are not.
HOSTING:
All events have a host. This person is responsible for organizing and overseeing the event. Once you are a member for awhile and have attended some events, you may become a host.
HSC GEOGRAPHIC AREA:
The HSC area is not limited to specific counties. Anyone is welcome to join. Most events take place within the Ormond, Deltona, and New Smyrna Beach triangle.
DUES:
There are several membership commitment options to choose from, starting as low as $4.16 per month for an annual membership. Shorter terms are also available.
